We’re In This Together!
Five6teen Photography is committed to being responsible community members and have adopted measures to ensure the safety of others as we live and operate in a “New Normal”. The following measures are based on the recommendations of the Professional Photographers Association. We are eager to get back to serving our existing and new clients once restrictions are lifted. These are the measures that we will follow in accordance to state and local leaders’ phased-in efforts to re-open businesses.
We will work cooperatively with our state and local leaders to provide a safe environment for all. By adhering to guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control, we believe we can re-open photography business safely, and at the same time, contribute in the emotional and financial healing process that needs to take place in a post-COVID-19 world.
Any studio employees or photographic assistants who are sick are expected to stay home. Studio owners will provide training and educational materials available through CDC website on proper sanitation, hand washing, cough and sneeze etiquette, use of PPE and other protective measures.
We will maintain social distancing, using no-touch posing methods when at all possible. Until further notice is received from the CDC and other health officials, the maximum gathering for a photographic shoot of 10 or fewer persons will be observed.
We will hold to strict appointment times, allowing sufficient time to sanitize photographic equipment and common areas after each client session. For any reason held on location, only one client (and family) will be allowed in the immediate area.
Temperature checks will be conducted for each photographic client (including each member of the family present) prior to each session. Any subject or family member with a fever exceeding 100.4 degrees will be rescheduled. Screening questions will include:
Standard sanitation protocols prior to each client will include but not limited to:
